Our recycled fabrics are verified by the Global Recycle Standard (GRS), an international standard for recycled content, chain of custody, social and environmental practices and chemical restrictions.

Step one
Plastic bottles are crushed and shredded into small flakes.
Step two
The plastic flakes are heated and melted into pellets.
Step three
Pellets are then heated and drawn out into filaments.
Step four
Filaments are combined and stretched while being heated in order to bond fibers together.
Step five
The thicker fibers are torn and fluffed into cozy insulation!
